One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on i333 at any time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, i333 will close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bonus balances, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.
Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. i333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Account Closure
You may request closure of your i333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations. i333 may retain your account data for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's availability. i333 may request withdrawal to a different method in exceptional circumstances.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
- i333 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where i333 has reason to believe that an account may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Currency and Exchange
i333 operates exclusively in BDT. Where a payment is initiated in a different currency by your payment provider, any conversion to BDT will be applied at the rate determined by i333 at the time of the transaction. i333 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: i333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activity. i333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Players must not use i333 for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Expiry

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

- Money laundering: Using i333 to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. i333 actively monitors transaction patterns and cooperates with relevant authorities.
- Identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents.
- Abuse of support: Making false or malicious complaints, threatening support staff, or submitting fraudulent chargeback requests to your payment provider.
Where prohibited conduct is identified, i333 will take one or more of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and recent bets; forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity; withhold or reverse pending withdrawal requests; and report the conduct to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the i333 platform — including but not limited to the i333 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of i333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the i333 platform without prior written consent from i333.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the i333 platform.
- Use the i333 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with i333 without express written authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability
